Guangdong Kingrun Die Casting Technology is founded in Dongguan of China in the year of 2011. Taking the advantage of being located in the core manufacturing area of China South. Kingrun has developed to be an excellent die caster providing many types of precision casting components which are widely used worldwide.

Other than presenting the finished casting parts, Kingrun is doing almost all the work processes in house, which includes tool designing, tool making, Aluminum & Zamak die casting, CNC machining, Precision casting with high cosmetic requirement, Aluminum extrusion, Chrome plating, Powder coating etc. The full range of capacity sees so important now because we can always control every step of the work and accomplish customer’s PO under the agreed quality in a timely manner.

The basic company structure of Kingrun is set in a quite reasonable way.

The management team as well as the technical team with 15 engineers started their career in the casting industries in early 1990’s at the time Taiwan die caster brough their casting technology and customers into mainland of China. Thanks for the good things from them, Kingrun therefore gained all the necessary skills of doing a good and correct job.

Mainly Kingrun owns 10 sets of die casting machines from 280 tons to 1650 tons and 130 sets of CNC machines. All the other auxiliary machines and equipment can be viewed in the detailed list in another column of our website for your kind reference.

At Kingrun, we use precision equipment to provide you with various CNC machining services, including milling, turning, EDM, wire-cut EDM, surface grinding and so on. With our 3-axis, 4-axis and 5-axis CNC machines, our skilled technicians can use a variety of plastic and metal materials to manufacture turning and milling parts. Our CNC machining capabilities also complement our 3D metal printing services, which makes us an excellent one-stop service for advanced designs.

While pursuing efficiency, Kingrun pays attention to brand and reputation. It has established an engineering team of 20 people and an advanced management system. It has introduced advanced testing instruments such as CMM three-coordinate measuring instruments and X-ray inspections to strictly control every link from raw materials to finished products.
